Community

There are a number of ways to "pursue community with believers" at Hillsdale.  The best way being through LifeCommunity Groups which meet on Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM.  LifeCommunities are places to share in "common unity" with other believers and seekers/searchers.  Discussions are Biblically based while maintaining relevance to our everyday lives. 

• SOS is a group led by Dub Potts and for the most part is made up of attenders who are Single On Sunday. 
• Robert Bowman and Chad Helton lead a group made up, primarily, of couples in their 20's, 30's and 40's.  While being Biblically based a variety of topics lead to discussion relevant to everyday life.
• Merrillyn Helton and Marty Butner have begun a LifeCommunity for single young women. Their topics of discussion revolve around the issues they face in life and how they relate to Biblical teaching.
• Larkin and Dahlene Dupree lead a group which focuses on Biblical study and is made up, primarily, of 40 and 50 somethings in age.

Children, from babies to 5th graders, have CHAMPS and youth, Middle and High School, participate in their Youth ALIVE! group at the same time.
